Transformation through triathlon fitness – That’s the goal of the XL TriFit Program. In a world where high intensity, stress inducing exercise programs are the norm, XL TriFit seeks to change lives through a sustainable, safe, simple, and holistic program of health and wellness. 

Through our 12 week triathlon fitness program you will learn that fitness is more than just “exercise”. In addition to a program of physical fitness that includes swimming, cycling (either on a bike or on a stationary cycle), running, and strength, you will learn about healthy nutrition, meditation and mindfulness, anxiety and stress reduction techniques, goal setting/planning, and time management among others.

To be sustainable, a program has to be enjoyable. XL TriFit is designed to keep you engaged, to give you energy, to guide you along a fitness and wellness path that will bring you great joy. 

The 12 week XL TriFit program will prepare you to swim for up to a kilometer, bike for up to 90 minutes, and run for up to an hour. Should you choose to set it as a goal, this is the level of fitness that will allow you to complete a sprint triathlon*.

But it doesn’t stop there. Every finish line is a new starting line. Once you have completed this program, you’ll be prepared to start new and exciting fitness journeys, whether it’s maintaining the fitness you have, or training for an Ironman Triathlon!
